The GCYFY Air Blown Fiber Cable 24 72 Cores is laid by air blown microtubules. First, the air blown microtube is laid in the outer protective tube, and then the microcable is laid in the inlet air blown microtube by air blowing. This laying method has a high fiber density, greatly improves the utilization rate of the pipeline, and is easy to expand the pipeline and divide the cable.

 

Optical fibers are placed into a loose tube made of high modulus hydrolytic resistant material, and the tube is filled with thixotropic water-blocking fiber paste to form the optical fiber loose tube. A number of optical fiber loose tubes arranged according to the color sequence requirements and possible fillers are arranged around the central non-metal strengthening core to form the cable core in the form of SZ twisting. The gap of the cable core is blocked by dry water blocking material. Then a layer of polyethylene sheath is extruded.
