To show appreciation for the dedication and hard work of our employees during the first half of the year, OPTICO organized a fully sponsored summer team-building retreat from June 27 to June 30 at the scenic Huizhou Strait.
The event aimed to provide a fun and relaxing experience while strengthening team bonds and fostering a greater sense of belonging.
The retreat featured a variety of exciting activities including boat excursions, river drifting, jungle off-roading, archery competitions, and a beachfront BBQ. These events offered opportunities for team collaboration, friendly competition, and plenty of laughter. One of the highlights was the sunset BBQ, where colleagues gathered to share delicious food and great conversations in a relaxed seaside setting.
After four days of adventure and joy, the OPTICO team returned to work on July 1 recharged, motivated, and ready to embrace the challenges of the second half of the year. This memorable retreat not only helped everyone unwind but also reinforced the strength of our team spirit.
